Your Laserwash experience begins when you arrive at our state- of- the- art Autocashier- the ACCESS Customer Management System. Similar to an ATM, ACCESS will guide you through your wash selection and payment process with color graphics and friendly voice instructions. Major Credit cards, Wash Cards and Codes (available online soon) and cash are all accepted. Bills up to $20 are accepted, and change is given in dollar bills. ACCESS will also provide you with a paper receipt.

Once your wash selection is made, follow the sign instructions. If another car is ahead of you, the red "X" sign is lit. When the wash is ready, the green "arrow" light indicates that it is safe to SLOWLY enter the bay. A 30 second side blaster will start, along with undercarriage, and wheel cleaner (if applicable to the type of wash selected). An audible "BEEP" and red "X" will indicate when to stop. Once you are stopped, place your vehicle in park and wait until your wash is complete. The green "arrow" will indicate that it is safe to slowly drive through the dryers. A countdown timer at the exit will indicate the time left for the dryer cycle.
